Fresh Peach Cake

Delicious peach cake!

  1. Cream the softened butter with the sugar. When the mixture is light and creamy, add the eggs and beat well. Add the peaches, yoghurt, walnuts, lemon juice and rind. Sift the flour and the baking powder together and blend into the peach mixture. Be careful not to over-mix.
  2. Bake in a greased 20 cm cake tin at 180 degrees C for 45 to 60 min.
