Easy but delicious dinner! You will impress your friends with this amazing looking chicken dish!

  1. Combine garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, olive oil, pitted prunes, green olives, capers with a bit of juice and bay of leaves. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces, season with coarse salt and pepper, cover and marinate overnight.
  2. Transfer to baking pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and wine. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken juices are clear.
  3. Serve with rice or couscous.
