Easy but delicious dinner! You will impress your friends with this amazing looking chicken dish!
- Combine garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, olive oil, pitted prunes, green olives, capers with a bit of juice and bay of leaves. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces, season with coarse salt and pepper, cover and marinate overnight.
- Transfer to baking pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and wine. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken juices are clear.
- Serve with rice or couscous.
