The most amazing pasta dish!

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a large pan. Saute the onion, until transparent. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the mustard and balsamic vinegar and stir well. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Simmer until reduced and thickened.
  2. Add the feta and chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add the roughly torn spinach leaves and cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly and serve in serving bowls. Top with grated Parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. You may serve with crusty bread.
